We are a lively and growing team currently looking for a structured and solution-oriented personality to join us part-time (approx. 50%) as an office manager. In this role you will manage our centrally located office in the heart of Zürich and provide various administrative support. The position is ideal for a person, who is able to prioritise various tasks, learn quick and work independently. As a full team member you also have a supporting role in the team and your inputs and ideas are valued and considered in our work. Your responsibilities
    Management of office spaces and infrastructure
    Coordination with external suppliers and service providers eg. cleaning, landlord, etc.
    Management of office supplies and office budgets
    Coordination of office rental with 3rd parties, incl. contracting, preparation and hosting
    Space bookings
    Event support, incl. organisation of catering etc.
    Processing of mail correspondence
    Support in organising team meetings/travel
    Miscellaneous admin and office tasks
    Reliable, independent and structured personality
    Flexibility, initiative and a strong team spirit
    Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
    A successfully completed commercial or equivalent training is preferred or more than two years of experience in a similar work environment
    Advanced knowledge of software programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
    Excellent written and oral skills in German and English
